Abstract. who says that the Nobel Peace Prize is the only one who ignores people with great deeds? names like Michael Porter, Kenneth Andrews and Peter Drucker have always passes unnoticed by the bank do Sweden and the Royal Academy of Sciences. I know what you say, that because they do not deserve administrators. No matter the prize, it is important that the world know that these characters have always helped to create new administrators like me.

Introduction.

Theories such as value chain diagram, the five forces, corporate strategy, executive education are based (for me) the study of such a complex science but also as "adventurous" as the administration. In this paper we will see who created it and because they are the most important minds in this area.

1. Michael Eugene Porter.

The basis of all our study (of all it took me) have been their ideas. Since management thinking II Michael Porter's ideas have been present in my studies. Here are two of his ideas explained by me:

1.1 The five forces.

(H) Bargaining power of buyers or customers

(H) Bargaining power of suppliers or vendors.
(V) Threat of new entrants competitors.
(V) Threat substitutes.
(V) Rivalry among competitors.

The five most important to analyze competition in a given market, and that analysis forces carry out a corporate strategy. Are divided into two: horizontal competition (H) and vertical competition (V).

1.2 Competitive Strategy.

"To be different. Ie select a series differently than others have chosen to offer a unique blend of value activities ".
Create a strategic "wall" to sustain the organization in the market and continue what initiated by the outcome of the five forces. This raised three generic strategies:
Leadership in lower total costs
differentiation
Focus

2 William E. Deming.

Pioneer of quality in the world, this electrical engineer has been the subject of our study from Administrative Thought I. Thanks to him now the quality process means cost reduction (not only in Japan, much of the world).

2.1 Deming Circle.

PDCA remember? "Plan, do, check, act". It was not created by him but took this approach to products of large companies in Japan (it was the diffuser).
Part of the strategy of continuous improvement; It leads the company to improve competitiveness, reduce costs and prices, optimizes production and productivity and thus the company is the most profitable in the market to compete.

2.2 14 points.

I'll just say in this part that Deming is vital point in the quality of the industry in the world, but this was applied to the contemporary model of American industry. They are these models that companies from Japan, China, the two Koreas and the rest of Asia have some of the best quality records in the world.

1. Create record in improving products and services, in order to be competitive and stay in business, and provide jobs.
2. Adopt a new philosophy of cooperation in which everyone benefits, and implement teaching it to employees, customers and suppliers.
3. Desist from dependence on mass inspection to achieve quality. Instead, improve the process and include product quality from the start.
4. End the practice of buying at the lowest prices. Instead, minimize total cost in the long run. Search a single supplier for each item based on a long-term relationship of loyalty and trust.
5. Improve constantly and forever the system of production, service and planning of any activity. This will improve quality and productivity, lowering costs constantly.
6. Establish training in the work (training).
7. Establish leaders, recognizing their different skills, abilities and aspirations. The aim of the supervisor should be to help people, machines and devices to do their work.
8. Eliminate fear and build trust, so everyone can work more efficiently.
9. Erase the barriers between departments. Abolishing the competition and build a system of cooperation based on mutual benefit organization-wide.
10. Eliminate slogans, exhortations and targets asking for zero defects and new levels of productivity. Such exhortations only create relationships of rivalry, the main cause of low quality and low productivity resides in the system and this is beyond the power of the workforce.
11. Eliminate numerical quotas and management by objectives.
12. Remove barriers to assess the manpower and the elements that deprive people of joy in their work. This includes eliminating annual evaluations or merit system that gives people ranges and create competition and conflict.
13. Institute a vigorous program of education and self improvement.
14. Put everyone in the company to work to accomplish the transformation. The transformation is everybody's job.

TO BE CONTINUED....

3 Conclusions

These two are just part of the "great ignored the Nobel" there are many more who will be in my writing in the future.

These two "Masters" of've been studying (or have made me study) from first half, and I always see the list of Nobel economics prize and wonder why they are not there?
