MALALA YOUSAFZAI.1 She is a Pakistani activist and philosopher, the youngest person ever to receive the Nobel Peace Prize for her contribution to the education of Arab women and children. She was born in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Northwest Pakistan, in 1997. Her name means "afflicted" and she is the daughter of Toorpekai and Ziauddin Yousafzai with two younger brothers.
